Shipping Policy

We will despatch your order within 5 working days.

Standard UK Delivery

£3.95 per delivery if under £30.00 value (after any promo codes or discounts have been taken off), or free for orders over £30.00

Delivery time for Standard Delivery is up to 3 working days.

All standard deliveries sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you (there may be a small additional cost for special deliveries).

Collection and Local Delivery

Collection from us directly is free of charge, please provide a phone number at checkout and someone will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Local Delivery is within 5 miles of GU22 postcode district - please provide a phone number at checkout and someone will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time. If when delivery is attempted no one is home, we will leave your order in a safe space (if there is one available) and send photo proof. Please note if you are not home to collect the order at the pre arranged time, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages once the order has been left at the property. We will not leave any orders unattended without permission, however if we cannot deliver at the pre arranged time due to no one at the delivery address to collect, there will be an additional charge for redelivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At No Scrubs Soaps, we hope that you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, should there be any reason that you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund provided that:

The goods are unused and in their original packaging

You tell us that you wish to return your goods within 14 working days from the date you receive your goods

You return them to us, or provide proof of postage to us within fourteen working days from the date you receive them.
