  • Are any of your products Vegan Friendly?
    We are proud to say that all of our products are suitable for Vegans!
  • How do I use your products?
    If you are unsure of what any of our products are for or how to use them, pop us a message and someone will be happy to answer any questions you have, with no pressure to purchase!
  • Do you test on animals?
    None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Changing or cancelling your No Scrubs Soaps order depends on the status of your order. Please get in touch and if the order has not yet been posted, we can add to the current consigment. Depending on the weight, additional shipping charges may apply. If you're unsure then pop us an email/Whatsapp with your order number and the changes you wish to make.
  • My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?
    Sometimes Royal Mail's tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Don't fret, your package will most likely be delivered soon, but it's a good idea to check with your neighbours and post office for more information! If you still cannot find your package, please get in touch. Please note, we are unable to make a claim for lost or missing deliveries before 10 working days as per Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
  • Where is my order?
    Once your order has left us, you will receive an email notifying you. If you have selected tracked shipping, you will also receive a tracking number. If you have not received your order and it is 10 working days after the dispatch email has been sent, please get in touch so we can investigate.
  • What are your delivery times?
    We will despatch your order within 5 working days and it can take 3 working days after despatch for you to receive your order. Collection and local delivery will be scheduled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • What if I have a damaged item?
    We're so sorry there is a problem with a product. We try to ensure our products are as secure as possible during transit, but our products are handmade and some contain delicate parts. Please email/Whatsapp us your order number along with a picture of the damaged item and we'll try to resolve this as quickly as possible!
